"We had a wonderful stay at Scott's charming cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The house itself exceeded our expectations - beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home.

The location was perfect for us. It is in a quiet neighborhood yet still close to all the beaches and amenities we wanted to visit. Scott was a fantastic host, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying tranquil mornings in the rocking chairs on the sunny front porch, sipping coffee while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. We loved sitting by the fire pit in the evenings with a glass of wine. It was indeed a relaxing retreat!

Our experience at Scott's cottage was exceptional, and we can't wait to return. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and delightful getaway."

"Stayed for a week at this beautiful cottage. A clean, peaceful place, great backyard and all the comforts of home. It's close to the beach and many restaurants, yet tucked away on a quiet street. Our host Scott, was great, he messaged us to make sure we were comfortable. He was very kind and quick to respond. He made some great suggestions for activities, restaurants and shopping. There are plenty of books and games to choose from as well. We'd love to visit again in the near future. Thanks for a great stay, Scott!"

"5+++ stars! Scott's place is by far the nicest that we've stayed at on the Cape! It is peaceful, pristine, warm and welcoming. The amenities are a treat, with espresso in the mornings and an outdoor gas fireplace at night. The home is packed with great entertainment, including board games, books, corn hole, bocce, roku, and so much more. The location is just right. Peaceful, and just a quarter mile walk to a beautiful local beach and one mile from West Dennis Beach. It was the perfect family getaway, and we hope to return!"

We were in town for a wedding so didn’t have a lot of time to explore, plus it was a very rainy day, so we were glad to have a comfy house with puzzles and games to use when we were between events and needed to stay inside and dry.

I highly recommend this lovely home. We recently stayed at this property.  From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable and at home.  I have never stayed at a rental that was accommodating in every detail like this one. Scott takes great care in setting up his guests to maximize every aspect of cape cod living.  From a detailed binder of what the Cape has to offer, to a shed full of goodies tailor made for beach fun, not a detail is missed by this host.  As a family of first timers to the Cape we couldn't have been more happy with our stay here.  We plan on making this a routine trip for our family and are looking forward to many more summer stays here at this home!"

"Stayed at Scott's for a very short getaway. The three of us had more space than we knew what to do with, and far too little time to take advantage of all the amenities. The cottage was immaculately clean. There were fresh towels/linens and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could think of.

Shoutout to Scott for being so hospitable and a host that actually let us enjoy our vacation. No laundry list of cleaning chores at checkout or silly requirement that we bring our own bedding, which has become more commonplace on Airbnb these days!

The cottage was not too far out on the Cape, which was nice coming in from Boston. It was also only an hour away from tippy top of P-town which made for a great day trip.

No fault on the host, but we saw quite a few signs and paraphernalia of a certain political flavor around the neighborhood and outside the home directly in front of the cottage that felt unwelcoming. I wouldn't let it define the town or your vacation, but it was worth noting."

"I cannot, and I emphasize CANNOT, explain how great Scott's place is. When my wife and I entered our jaws dropped at the space, design and comfort it provided. The couches and beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean and supplied, and the kitchen had everything you need plus more. The backyard is large and has ALOT of backyard games available (my wife and I loved cornhole especially!). There is so much available here that we were unable to get to it all. We can't wait to come back, and we will be recommending Scott's place to everyone. 5/5 all day!"

"This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Scott makes it so easy to travel to the Cape even when coming in from Texas with an 8 month old. The house has everything you need beach wise (chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys) and a pack and play for infants. The backyard is peaceful with the fire pit and great outdoor shower. Best part it’s a 6-7 min walk to a small beach. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!!!"

The place is even better than the pictures. It is so close to a South Village Beach (we really enjoy a quick walk to the beach) and is close to many restaurants. "We can’t say enough about our stay. We are so grateful for our time spent, the many memories, and Scott’s hospitality - he truly thought of everything and the house felt like home. He was accommodating of our toddler’s nap schedules for check/in and check-out (when possible - which was a sanity savior!) and answered our questions quickly throughout the weekend via text.
But most importantly, the home was comfortable, clean, and in a wonderful location. We loved waking up, having a lazy morning in the yard and biking to the beach with our toddler.
And it was 2-year-old approved! He cried when we left and still asks to go back to his “cation” house almost every day. He loved the “toy shed” out back and enjoyed choosing new toys to bring to the beach. Such a fun feature!
We loved our late night fires, dinners on the patio, and traveling to all the local beaches. We could’ve spent months there and still wouldn’t have wanted to leave.
It was just the reset our family needed and we hope to make it back there someday soon!

"This is a beautiful cottage in pristine condition, extremely well-appointed and convenient to most of the fun you’ll want to have in the mid-Cape. Scott is a wonderful host, with great recommendations. We had several great days at Mayflower Beach, now our favorite beach on the East Coast, and several great meals at Kream ‘n Kone. The cottage’s kitchen has everything you need to cook a good meal, and there are many thoughtful touches that make it feel less like a vacation rental and more like you’re crashing at your friend’s beach house. The beds are comfortable, as is the living room, and the shed in the backyard is stocked with everything you’ll need for your beach day (bring your own shade, though). We couldn’t recommend this listing more highly!"

"Scott’s place was amazing! It was super clean, nice and had everything we needed. He went above and beyond and provided us with more than we expected. The location is great, walking distance to a small beach, South Village, and that was extremely convenient. A very quick drive to West Dennis Beach which you can drive right up to the sand. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It is the perfect set up for a group of 5-6. Loved being able to grill and hang in the backyard. I hope we get to stay here again soon!"
